Having convinced an acolyte for a tour of the catacombs beneath the Heart
of the Drachen Cathedral the party prepares itself for this unassisted
tour in the early hours of the morning; with the exception of the good
Lady who hides herself away in a stairwell.

With the acolyte's warning the party first saw shadows of the ghost, and
then directly as its very corperal wounds slashed Aldritch who sought a
trinket (later it was discovered that it would be enticing item for a lady
friend). Doctor Serijo looked after the fallen as they continued to the
sought-after crypt. As they attempted to take the trove which contained
the key, the spectral agent hissed that they must leave all items behind.
Axel considered arguing the points of ownership with the ghost, but
thought better of it, and the spirit once again made its presence known.

It was Lord Bryon who realised that the spectre seemed to recall at light,
and aimed the lantern whenever it made itself apparent. Eventually the
ghost was forced to slink back into the shadows, without the party
returning the goods that it desired. In the meanwhile, Lady Drachenheim
had led the acolyte on a merry chase throughout the cathedral.

Finally reaching the outside, the party was confronted with a group of
flying kobolds that inhabited the cathedral steeple. These proved to be
difficult foes, pushing the party to its limits, but not for the first
time the great soldier, Officer Axel Maximillian. The inebriated acolyte
finally caught up with wild-eyed tales of ghosts and goblins within the
Cathedral, which he had seen with his own eyes. Viewing the wounded and
dead kobolds around him, he arranged for some questionable characters to
give the party a lift in a cart back to Aldritch's home.

Now with both keys, consideration is given to opening the dracheneisen
door of two keys with its logo of the fox leaping over the sleeping hound.

Session 12 is tomorrow; with wounds healed etc, it will Quartus, Amordi
25, 1688.
