I certainly wasn't thinking them as cheetah-like (except, as Dave
mentioned, perhaps for the Zoomers in River of Cradles). I was just
thinking that they might have a modest sensory range for inorganic
material and power (perhaps average of POW+SIZ in metres?) and a
reasonable speed in water, say more or less same as humans.
That'd keep the PCs on their toes :-)
I must also say how much I appreciate Dave Cake's final comment which
proposes the occasional non-chaotic Gorp. It'd fit very well in the
general River of Cradles scenario.
Anyway thanks for the comments. Certainly food for thought.
